MM Kembla Flexible Hoses are suitable for hot and cold water applications and internal and external use. Manufactured using high quality materials, our flexible hoses are backed by Kembla’s trusted 15 year warranty and Watermark Certified and compliant with AS/NZS 3499.

Kembla Flexible Hoses are manufactured using long lasting cross linked polyethylene (PEX) inner tube, strong silicone rubber cone seals and 304 Stainless steel outer braid. Suitable for use in hot and cold water applications and for internal and external use, our flexible hoses can handle a maximum safe working pressure of 1400 kPa and operating temperatures of 5°C to 90°C.

Kembla Flexible Hoses are supported by a 15 year warranty and certified compliant to AS/NZS 3499 and Watermark certified (WM-032138).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Tighten hex nuts to 5 Nm torque
For use in exposed locations only. Not suitable behind walls, ceilings or underground
Minimum bend radius of 30mm
Do not over tighten
Do not stretch, twist, kink or expose to naked flames or corrosive agents
Do not install directly to water heating systems
It is recommended flexible hoses are connection to an isolation valve
Inspect hose for any leaks after installation
To be installed by a licensed plumber
Max. safe working pressure of 1400 kPa
Suitable for operating temperatures between 5°C to 90°C
Ensure that all threads are clean and free of any dirt or debris
The male connection to the hose nut shall have a parallel thread and chamfer internally to accept the cone washer
Sealants are not required with these fittings

WARRANTY

15 Years

MM Kembla guarantees that Kembla Flexible Braided Hoses will be fit for their intended purpose for a period of not less than 10 15 years. MM Kembla warrants that if any installation using this products becomes defective or fails and MM Kembla is notified of the details and is satisfied that the defect or failure was a result of a manufacturing defect and not the result of; faulty specification, installation, improper use or incompatible environment; MM Kembla will replace or repair the defective goods and make good the installation.
